Wellcome to Victoria hotel complex. The hotel, that became my vision of hospitality. I'm paraphrasing the wellknown uttering to the following: «Treat your guests as you'd like to be treated».

Everything, that I didn't get in different hotels, but wanted to, I decided to realize in the Victoria hotel.

Everything that I wanted to have is the pleasure from service, riches of services, smiling faces of employees, European culture of service, and everything from the mantioned you will get in the Victoria hotel.

Everybody knows that Victoria is victory. Victory is the main word not only in the name of hotel, but in all its history. Victory over stereotypes is the main idea of philosophy of our hospitality. Our aim for the future is to prove that Ukraine is inalienable part of Europe, that service in the Ukrainian hotels is nothing worse than service of American, British, French business hotels, that a management of the Ukrainian hotels is the state of ourmind, the state of the Slavonic mind – one of the most hospitable nations…

Due to the positive feedbacks of our guests and our big efforts to study, change and progress we have got status of four stars hotel. And we are ready to defend and prove this status today, tommorow and forever!
